I am so glad that Spring has sprung, though some of you might not agree with me. I check my Instagram the other day and saw snow covering some areas in US. It’s April, didn’t mother nature get the memo already? We’re due for Easter egg hunting game.

Speaking of Spring, I’m so excited to see fresh herbs and greens when I stopped by at the Farmer’s Market. Those colorful and fresh veggies really excite me and I’ve been making a list of various types of salads that I want to try.

But for now, let’s enjoy these cupcakes. This is my first time adding basil to the frosting – never thought this would actually come out super good and very refreshing. It has light texture, fresh fragrance and definitely addictive. You can never go wrong with these cupcakes, so be sure to make it into a double or triple batch.
